One Year Anniversary

Well, its hard to imagine, but having lived a bit we all know how much life can change in a year.

Little did I know that when I embarked on my effort for presenting the key findings and major conclusions of global warming and methane, in the Arctic Methane Monster’s Rapid Rise presentation, then viral video, from a year ago, how much else to follow and how very rapidly, no pun intended.  I had of course long known about Guy McPherson and followed Sam Carana, but could not have imaged being on the Lifeboat Hour, Extinction Radio, Nature Bats Last, and being interviewed by Andrew Harvey. in such a quick succession.

And what little wisdom I can call forth, tells me clearly and resonantly that more is to come, hence the furtherance of this simple, but hopefully honest if not useful website.

And truth be told, for months I have known 100% that I was being called to do a follow up video on the AMMRR II.  As I first mentioned in early April.  And these are no longer just musings, but am now materially engaged in working on it.  The planet is going faster, the rips and pulls to heat and ice that much faster, the more dry in many and wet in some, and the need to alert those who might be able to do something about this if they cared to or could, that much greater.

Whether chance can happen is a matter to discuss another day.  The issue is alarm.  A loud one.

I have said many times I never tried to popularize that video.  Well, it was more than said.  It was a vow.  An honest one.  And this work here is for the earth, nature, and spirit.  That is all.

About jenniferhynes99

As a highly trained engineer in technology with an emphasis on large data migration and a deep and abiding interested in spirituality [Buddhism], and having traveled the world, Jennifer brings her broad understanding to rapid climate change and sustainability and spirit. She is deeply concerned and cares deeply for our planet. While not a formally trained climatologist, her Arctic Methane Monster video went gone viral in the last year. As a senior person with plenty of responsibility at a Fortune 100 Corporation, she vowed not to seek to promote her video and yet surely it happened.

Jennifer, please let me leave you one little gift, if you don’t mind—it’s just a recommendation, my favorite book— Zen Mind, Beginner’s Mind by Shunryu Suzuki. Thanks again.
